Waiting on No Love for the Wicked & Cured!

March 4, 2014 | Stung Book #2

Fiona Tarsis is a legend. Her world was ravaged by a lethal virus, her family separated. Her friends were turned into ferocious beasts by an even deadlier vaccine. Mindless monsters now raid the streets. But Fiona has survived. Jacqui Bloom needs Fiona's help. Two years ago, Jacqui's brother, Dean, left the safety of his home to guide Fiona's mother to a safe haven. He never returned. Jacqui has been hiding away in the family house, disguised as a boy, and hoping Dean will come back. But she can no longer live like this. She has to find him. Even with the two men Fiona loves most by their side, leading Jacqui into the desert will be risky. Raiders are everywhere - they will do anything to prevent the beast-cure her group are carrying from being spread - and knowing who to trust is near impossible. Lone traveller Kevin is sexy and self-assured, and has caught Jacqui's attention, but he is hiding his past. Is he also hiding the truth about what he really wants from them?

Aug 13, 2013 | The Damned Series, Book #2

It’s taken six months, but Magnolia Kelch finally seems to have her new powers under control…and not a moment too soon.  Upon her return home, she’s greeted not by her own team of agents – a group called the Network that is led by her mentor, Thirteen – but by a second Network unit, headed by British agent Colin St. Pierre.  Unfortunately, Theo, a Network agent who shares an intimate connection with Magnolia, doesn’t trust Colin as a new commander.  And when team missions collide, Magnolia finds herself in the middle of Network infighting, asking herself who among those closest to her truly has her best interests at heart.  Still, a greater threat lies on the horizon when someone from Magnolia’s past returns hell-bent on locating the source of Magnolia’s powers and using them for his own sinister purposes.

Hi there! Awesome blog. I loved reading your synopsis on the books by Powell and Wiggins. Great heroines in literature me must include Katniss, Jane Eyre, Trisha Macfarland from "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon", Lisbeth and of course Ellen from "Aliens". Well done!
I also write a blog. I write about food but with my thoughts on life and relationships. If you get a chance, please visit. Maybe follow. That would be cool.
