Feature & Follow [18]

Feature & Follow is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read.  It is a fun way to meet new bloggers and to keep in touch with bloggers you already know!  Please feel free to follow us via Linky, e-mail or GFC.  If you leave a comment and link, we will visit your blog, too!  Check us out on Twitter:  Cat and Jamie.

Q:  If you could "unread" a book, which one would it be?  Is it because you want to start over and experience it again for the first time?  Or because it was THAT bad?

A:  I don't believe in "unreading" books because they were terrible. Any book is a good book to read.  I might not like everything I read, but I don't regret reading anything.

So, if I were to chose a book to unread and read again, I would pick:

Okay - so it's not an original answer, but anyone who knows me knows that this is my favorite all-time UF series.  Barrons is my all-time favorite male lead.

I remember how I felt at the end of Dreamfever.  I was panicked and upset with how it ended.  I came to this series late, so I was lucky that I only had to wait a few weeks before Shadowfever was released.  I went to the bookstore to buy a copy of the book, began reading, and didn't put it down until I finished.  I read at warp speed.  I'd like to have a "re-do" with this book so I could slow down, to think about and to enjoy this book more than I did the first time.

So tell me.  Which book would you like to "unread?"  I'd love to hear about your books!

While you're here, please check out our current giveaway here.  Hurry - this giveaway ends tomorrow!  Look for a giveaway of Once Burned by Jeaniene Frost that will be posted soon!

Happy Friday to all!

It is a popular answer tonight but there's a reason why... The series is awesome and there's no one else quite like Barrons ;)

Shadowfever was also a reread for me. I actually was pissed when I first read that book. I think more b/c it was the end and Mac pissed me off a bit. But then after I calmed down I read it again a week later and LOVED it. Barrons is also my No. 1 UF guy. I really need to find the time to reread the whole series. Oh to feel that feeling again of falling in love with Barrons for the first time. *sigh*

Hopping through. I'm glad the Fever series was the first Adult Paranormal series that I read. I like Barrons although not as much as most people do. Still, it was a great read.

That's my choice too! I read it when all 5 books came out. I don't know how ppl stood for the cliffhanger at the end of book 4. I would've died if I didn't have book 5 immediately!
